I thought I was blown away by Victor & Rolf. Alexander McQueen takes the cake by far. You can go on and on about his greatness. How the ShowStudios Live feed crashed, how Lady Gaga premiered her new single (so did Roisin Murphy at V&R) and those robots!

I feel Alexander McQueen has proved himself with this one.

This look is not a "wow" look but more of my everyday look. I love this jacket I got from H&M last fall and was looking for a way to make it pop and freshen it up. By adding my own buttons I made it into a statement piece. Sometimes looking good does not mean being expensive.

I was very fortunate to have my lovely friend Richard in town. He is on tour with Wicked at the moment and Brian and I were invited to the show with a little VIP backstage fun. So, what not a better time to break out some of my "formal" wear.
